Loves Cleaning Services provides Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Mold Remediation, Vacation Rental Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Hoarding Cleanup and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://lovescleaningservicesmi.com is the property of Loves Cleaning Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Loves Cleaning Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer. Loves Cleaning Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Loves Cleaning Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Loves Cleaning Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
